Garden View Care Center of O’Fallon opened in 1988 with a staff of twenty and just two residents. Our mission was to provide exceptional care for adults in St. Charles County. Today our one-hundred-twenty-bed, private pay facility has one hundred employees and more than one hundred residents. We have become the first choice for many who seek assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite care, or dementia care for themselves or family.

Our success is due to the fact that we offer resident-centered care in an attractive five acre setting. We provide luxurious rooms and stylish spa bathrooms for our residents with all the comforts of home.
