Welcome to Garden View Care Center of O’Fallon – The Experts in Dementia Care

Garden View Care Center of O’Fallon opened in 1988 with a staff of twenty and just two residents. Our mission was to provide exceptional care for adults in St. Charles County. Today our one-hundred-twenty-bed, private pay facility has one hundred employees and more than one hundred residents. We have become the first choice for many who seek assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, respite care, or dementia care for themselves or family.

Our success is due to the fact that we offer resident-centered care in an attractive five acre setting. We provide luxurious rooms and stylish spa bathrooms for our residents with all the comforts of home. Have fun and enjoy life by participating in a variety of interesting activities, amusements, and outings hosted by Garden View each and every day. It is our goal to improve the lives of those suffering from Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia with this activity-based approach to memory care. Our residence is designed so that adults with similar care needs are grouped together, resulting in an overall calmer environment for everyone living at Garden View.

We have always maintained a high staff-to-resident ratio and employee turnover is low. Many of the Garden View employees hired in the first year of operation in O’Fallon remain with us today. Long-time employees who like what they do provide excellent care and service. Our current administrator Charlotte Litle is among them. Listen to Charlotte’s recent interview about Garden View Care Center by clicking here.

You deserve to have the best quality of life. At Garden View we do not want to change your lifestyle, only your address. If you or a loved one is suffering with memory problems or dementia symptoms, please call to schedule a tour today. You may also browse our website for more information about our three locations and the services we provide.
